HENRY LI

Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer

A dynamic entrepreneur, Henry Li is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Dellray Group. He oversees all of Dellray's business activities, strategic planning, investor relations, and operations. Henry brings deep experience and expertise in real estate acquisitions, land development, property entitlement, property management, raising capital, commercial real estate, and risk management.

Working with some of the most prominent developers, builders, financiers, consultants, and real estate brokers in the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, Henry has led the Dellray Group to achieve exponential growth in size, scale, and volume. With dozens of innovative residential, industrial, hotel, and commercial development projects across the province, Henry is shaping Dellray’s vision and goal to “Bring Real Estate to A Different Level.”

A committed and responsible philanthropist, the Henry Li Family has donated over $1 million across Canada to support various causes, such as healthcare, education, arts & culture, hunger, and the environment.

Henry is a member of the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Tony B. Hunt, CPA, CGA

Chief Financial Officer

A seasoned finance executive, Tony is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Dellray Group. He has over 30 years of diverse experience in the real estate development, finance, and construction industries, having worked at some of the largest property developers in Ontario. Tony brings his significant finance, operations, human resources, and technological knowledge to his current role, forging long-term relationships with some of North America's largest financial institutions.

Prior to joining Dellray, he served as the CFO of Geranium Homes for nine years and was previously the controller at Gold Park Homes. Tony worked closely with leading real estate developers and lenders like Brookfield (TSE: BAM), Morguard & ClubLink (TSE: MRC & TWC), Fengate Asset Management, Condrain & Countrywide, Muzzo Group, and Atrium Mortgage.

Over the years, Tony has played a significant role in bringing many major development projects into reality, such as the Friday Harbour Resort, Midhurst Valley, and the Highland Gate Redevelopment. He also worked closely with Cheryl Shindruk, Geranium's Executive Vice President and past BILD Chair.

Mr. Hunt holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified General Accountants (CGA) designation.

ivy lin

Executive Vice President

Ivy Lin is the Executive Vice President of Dellray Group. She brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked in different roles at some of the largest banks in the world, such as CITIC Bank in Asia. Ivy brings her significant international finance and banking knowledge to her current role. Her expertise in global business has helped Dellray significantly in international business and transactions.

Over the years at Dellray, she has played an essential role in securing critical financing for many important real estate development projects and land acquisitions. Working closely with Henry Li, she brings strong leadership skills and business acumen to her position as a contributor to the executive management team.

Ivy also leads Dellray Group's philanthropy initiatives and is committed to giving back to the community.

MARCELLO CIALONE

Senior Vice President, Property Management

An experienced real estate industry professional, Marcello is the Senior Vice President of Property Management at Dellray Group. With over 20 years of industry experience, he works closely under the direction of the CEO. He oversees the daily property management of the group's extensive portfolio of residential, commercial, multi-family, and industrial properties.

Prior to joining Dellray, Marcello held a senior-level position at the Times Group Corporation, another leading real estate developer and property manager. With his extensive property management, business operations, and construction knowledge, he has taken several large-scale real estate projects from planning to completion.

As a serial entrepreneur, Marcello also started Splash Works Auto and opened several prominent restaurants in Midtown Toronto in the 1980s before joining the real estate industry. He also worked at Ferrari of Ontario and has experience in Alberta's energy sector.

MATTHEW RUSSO

Vice President, Land Development

An experienced real estate and land development industry professional, Matthew Russo is the Vice President of Development at Dellray Group. Matt has 20 years of mid and senior-level experience and a proven track record of obtaining approvals for many proposed projects in Ontario's real estate development industry. He has significant expertise in land development management for large-scale developments and master-planned communities. At Dellray, he delivered many projects on time and budget.

Prior to joining Dellray, Matthew worked at Mattamy Homes, the largest home builder in North America, where he was involved in the entitlement of numerous residential development sites across the Greater Toronto Area. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Urban Studies from York University.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, barbequing at the downtown lakefront, and biking across numerous trails in Toronto.

We are associated with a wide range of social and humanitarian causes, such as SickKids Foundation, Prostate Cancer Canada, St. Andrew’s College, Princess Margaret Hospital, Bishop Strachan School, Cham Shan Temple, Canadian Tire Jump Start, Mackenzie Health Foundation, Doane House Hospice, Boost Foundation, and more.
